Let’s start making some really cool HTML Emails!
To create an Email Template, you will need to LOGIN to your GPS account. Click on the Forms and Surveys section on their Module Menu Panel. From here, a subsection will appear called the “Email HTML Builder.”
Once inside the sub-module, users can select the blue button in the top right corner and see all of their email templates in a list format. From here, you can be an explorer and use the intuitive icons to create your unique HTML email.

How to Create an Email Template
Email template options include the standard three actions across all of GPS: edit, delete, and copy. Within this section, we’ll give you all the steps for how to do each of these functions as well as some tips to go along with each.
When it comes to editing a template, we’ve made it as easy as possible. Clicking on the pencil icon allows you to enter back into the template editor screen in which you can change some or all of your content as if you were making it from scratch! Deleting a template is easy, simply click on the trash can icon, and confirm the deletion by typing in the word DELETE. Below is a detailed guide to help you get rid of one of your templates.
How to Delete an Email Template
Want to copy a template? No problem. Our copy feature allows you to duplicate an existing template, as well as change for a new look. But wait, there’s more! If you have two organizations under your business control, you can copy a template from one organization and insert it into the other. Keep in mind, edits of copied templates only affect the one that’s in the respective account of its location, meaning if you edit it there, the edits stay there only.

Sending a pre-created email template to customers can be done from a variety of areas inside GPS. Actually, everywhere an email can be sent from, an HTML-built template can be sent from as well. The primary locations of sending messages are in the Contact Details in the Communication Panel. You can schedule messages for a future date and time in the Automation Module via a Sequence!
